Lunar New Year preparations are underway at my university. With so much devastation in our SoCal communities I hope this brings hope, luck, and connection for us all.

Beach days give me an opportunity to reflect; calm my nervous system. This past weekend I used this time to think through my relationship to nature. More specifically, understanding why and reaffirming that I freaking love birds. :)
