At one point I hit refresh on ESPN and it said Oregon was up 28-0, then it went down to 14-0, then back up to 21-0. ESPN has just been struggling with that particular game's score display I think

That's the same as the down 14 thing though. You go for 2 on the first, and if you don't get it - you could say "now you're in a position where another TD isn't enough, without another two-point attempt". It seems like it's the exact same thing to me? Maybe I'm missing something.

I mean it's the same thing math wise either way, right? You'd need 2 TDs and an FG, and then it's either going for a possibility to win in regulation with that or taking the guaranteed OT with that

Idea is that you go for 2, and if you get it, then a TD and FG win you the game. If you miss it, you have another chance at 2 pt conversion to bring it back to what would be a tie with TD and FG

She actually removed the dollar sign from her name in 2014 (although I will note that was well after her Planet Money appearance, so she did have the dollar sign for that)

It just says "shortening the timeline" for it, which I think most people would interpret as saying "do all the same analysis, but just get it done faster". Which, if you can, yeah obviously.

The funny thing about this is that, while in that summary graphic, they make it sound like they asked if people favor less environmental review, when you look at what they actually asked...

You might want to change the form to make it so people can answer zero for RSVPing to the afterparty in case they plan on going to the main event but not the afterparty.

If you think there is nothing impressive about this, then you have zero understanding of technology. You can think it's horrible for society, the environment, humanity, etc - that's legitimate. But claiming it's not impressive is just incorrect.
