Both things can be true. The president can be an idiot AND he can try to hurt Americans.

I spent almost 8 years in special operations in my time with the National Guard. Let me make it clear that I am not part of this group, but I worked with them very closely. The professionals that I worked with, never advertised their alphaness, they were quiet professionals.

His frailty, hubris, ego whatever you want to call his current failing, is on full display. He doesn’t care about America. He cares about money, power, and subjugation. He does not care about America, or Americans. Because we are the many. What he craves is the adulation of the few.

I do not think the current administration even thinks about the harm that they are doing to children. And as a professional in mental health, specializing in children, it breaks my heart.

There are many of us that still wear the uniform of the armed services of the United States of America that do not agree with what is happening right now. In fact, we voted against it, and we still understand that our oath is to the constitution, not to a president.

The conservative movement in America is so lost right now. They claim to follow Christ above all. And yet they ignore the most fundamental teaching of Jesus Christ, which is to love. Love God, love your neighbor, love the stranger, love the immigrant.
Unless Trump tells you to hate, then you hate.
