I’m no fan of JKR, but the question goes to whether the politics of the creator renders what they created somehow ‘not art’.

Of course you can and should separate art from artist.
Wagner wrote magnificent music, and was deeply anti-semitic.

And there’s the rub. If you know what you’re looking for, you’ll be able to judge what AI produces. If not , misinformation and crappage are an inherent risk.
