Rep. Raskin, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is too long for this format. I know you are familiar with it, though, and my honest question is this: Is 3/14 our gift from God? Doesn't "No person shall be, etc." mean 'as of the moment he first breaks his oath/breaches his contract of employment?' (1/2)
