Suffering happens when we are someone. To stop suffering happens when we are no one. It is remedy. To be no one stops past or future and it travels and we travel in this moment. Needlessness happens to us. We get happiness from within.

When encountering concepts, we might transmit them through some unrealistic filters. We may call this labelling. Making labels for concepts of past, present or future, causes the mind to worry. In this state, we would not be able to live in this moment which is the source of happiness.

Peace of mind isn't something cmplicated and there isn't any secret behind it. Experience and accept nowness as it is, without any judgement. Don't expect it to be something different from what it is.

You’re gonna hit a point where you’re no longer interested in convincing people that how you feel and who you are is valid, and decide that as long as you know your truth and what works for you, that’s all that matters.
