I haven’t tried that one. But bobs other grain products are spectacular so I mean. Just impossible to find bread flour in stores here without a ridiculous upcharge, IME. Like 2-3x the price of AP.

They ship. I buy 10# at a time directly from them and it’s cheaper than trying to find a decent bread flour around here.

One suggestion: examine weight in concert with body composition. I’m like 220 and that’s down from when I was working out way more. Esp if you start bulking up from the cycling. That said, you know you and shit

I started mostly doing a poolish so the “smallish” jar of yeast I bought is now going to last decades…. Under a gram per loaf iirc

It’s a perfectly sane question imo. I’ve asked similar in the past, and even a reaction can tell you a lot. Hell, I’ve even asked about financials/profitability when some startups were involved.
