Managed to find a copy of Batman Court of Owls DC Compact comics version in my local Waterstones before it even released. It's still up for pre-order everywhere. Very cool find.

Managed a second run into the inner zone in Pacific Drive just to have a very unfortunate series of events to kill me... I'm totally fine... not angry or upset in anyway...

Thinking more about Pacific Drive after finishing the demo. It just clicks with me. They took elements of Stalker & Jalopy, dropped it in the Pacific Northwest creating this hyperspecific combo that I love. Everything from the Graphics, Gameplay and retro aethestics of the UI is an absolute joy.

The fact that media publications on twitter are trying to frame Yoshiyuki Tomino as an anti-woke champion is infuriating. People are gonna vilify him or praise him for something he didn't say/mean/imply. Nothing politically charged. People try to twist everything to fit their agenda. What he said:

Happy with how DOOM Patrol ended. The bit with Cliff was a great send off.

I think if they keep the price as intended this could be a great way for people to get into DC comics. Especially the smaller size. I hope other titles get considered for the Compact Titles line. Like some hard to get stuff like the Peacemaker mini series from the 80s.

I wonder of the amalog pocket will be in stock again at some point. Wouldn't mind trying it out if it was a bit cheaper.
