Here’s a few basic facts:
1) Only Congress can declare war
2) Only Congress controls America’s purse strings
3) No elected official can rescind Congressionally appropriated funds.
4)We are a nation of laws. When a judge tells you to do something, no matter WHO you are, you do it.
