I have created a python API that can apply amberNPS (ambernps.streamlit.app) to bulk lists of SMILES strings and is available through PyPi (lnkd.in/gCi6aSGW) via pip install amberNPS.

Yesterday was my last day at the San Francisco Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. My role was to develop a bespoke, full-stack Laboratory Information Management System (#LIMS). Looking forward to what's next!
