I use Reddit as well for sports and it definitely has its niche. I don't find game threads on Reddit to be one of those.
There's no other place to be when news breaks then to be on Twitter (maybe Bluesky in the future).

How? A big part of sports Twitter is following along to things happening live (whether that be watching a game live or breaking news). Reddit is absolutely terrible for that.

Yeah I feel like the CPL should be either heading to a 14 team league with 26 games or a 16 team league with 30 games (Home&Away against every team)

Like I really do understand the savings on travel, but I also really hate the idea of conferences. If we aren't working towards a Home/Away against every team it will severely effect my interest in the league

Was really hoping for some different provinces.
Also not a fan of East/West set up (I know it's about travel costs).

Going this long without hiring a manager is shocking. And not just a lack of news on the coaching position, a lack of news for every aspect of the club. Hard to be optimistic at this point

Awesome! Also would be interesting if they plan on being more transparent with the salary cap stuff (unlike MLS). Highly doubt it at this point but hopefully for the future
