I've never seen this before, I would say it huge next step forward to use cursorrules to tune you code base . Hope soon webstrom will make it as well with promt config + copilot @webstorm.jetbrains.com

As lead with EM responsibilities it’s always challenge to have or ask for tech debt capacity as soon it is NOT a priority , so we decided to do micro refactoring (improvement) on each our new PR as option.
