The budget is being written by the Swansea West MP, Torsten Bell.

Disabled people defeated his Spring Statement & PIP disability cuts. Now he’s back with another anti-working-class budget. We will defeat him again!

We want to co-organise a protest with everyone who will be affected by the budget.

In addition to Senedd members, the lobby was also supported by members of Cardiff Trades Council and Socialist Party (@socialistparty.bsky.social ) members.

Jane Dodds MS, Liberal democrat Dem, passed on her "thanks and solidarity."

A number of Labour Senedd members also greeted the lobby and talked to us although as far as we are aware have not yet clearly endorsed the proposal.
