📌 Finding 3: Even among White workers, those born overseas experienced barriers, with lower odds of higher pay band placement compared to UK-born counterparts.

📌 Finding 2: The impact of migration status was clear—regardless of ethnicity, overseas-born workers had consistently lower odds of progressing into higher pay bands.

📌 Finding 1: Overseas-born Asian & Black healthcare workers were significantly less likely to be in higher NHS pay bands compared to White UK-born colleagues. This highlights concerning disparities linked to migration status.

Non-academic post. In 2020 I had a nasty bout of #COVID. Decided to prioritise my health and take up kickboxing. In 2022 I had my first bout. Nowadays it is a key part of my life. I’m aiming for 50 bouts by 40 years old. Round 1 of bout number 1 is below. #Muaythai #kickboxing #combatsports
