Something I want to accomplish with this storybook project is to give the respective dreamer's story a little bit more attention. Elliot's backstory was kept out for the most part, but I want to work Claris' into this installment. It becomes more relevant as the story progresses!

It makes me wonder if this is why Balan is decidedly Christmas-colored too. BWW contains its fair share of Christmas references, like how Attilio works at Christmas Rose Park and has a crush on Princess Merry, lol. And the credits show all the characters reuniting in winter ;D

NiGHTS getting the December DLC slot for Crossworlds really does solidify his status as SEGA's de facto Christmas mascot! Also consider how much Ohshima-san likes the holiday himself, and has expressed admiration for Santa Claus on more than one occasion :D
