The City of Dallas has prevented residents from amortizing properties that are polluting their communities and have now created an unfunded budget to remove nonconforming uses.

We DEMAND the City of Dallas fund the nonconforming use fund to finally shut down GAF and TAMKO!

We're calling on Councilmember Omar Narvaez and the Dallas City Council to:
1. Start the amortization process to shut down GAF
2. Work directly with West Dallas residents in the Singleton Corridor on future land use plans

They shut down the RSR lead smelter-why not GAF
