the issue would be due to going on vacation I won't be able to work on it until the 8th and that is post the year, if that causes you to change your mind I completely understand!

sounds good, however due to the timecrunch esp if you are wanting shading I may need to proceed after some steps, but I will do my best to accomodate!(i will be leaving on the 29th so tomorrow and the morning will be my only real chance to get it done by the deadline!)
