Some of Serenity still needs a height limit because it's pretty much directly on the extended centerline of one of the runways of the airport, but it's good enough for high density buildings for most of it and taller Uniques can exist west of the tunnel.

Updates on the A31/AU12 and AU12/AU1201 interchanges. Removed connection from surface roads to southbound AU12 to reduce footprint as all vehicles can reroute via westbound A31; added connection from eastbound A31 to northbound AU12 for diversion of traffic too high to pass under the AU3001 bridge.

Decided to cook some spaghetti in Cities Skylines II instead of Factorio today. Finished the medusa river railway and finished making most of the main roads in Hunter's Rest. After connecting AU12 to AU30(M) and the two parts of AU1201 it'd be ready for local roads and zoning.
