As for the weight, for my tiny carpal tunnel ridden wrists, they are a bit heavy. I have to wear wrist braces and can only hold up for like 20 seconds at a time. I love them though and can't wait to wear it to the con

Timeframe, honestly have no idea. I work 40 + hours a week & would only work on it for a few hours on the weekends when I was off, like twice a month for the past 6 months. Maybe a week or so if you combine it all?
