This is what #Netflix says in the UK - see below. Assume The Netherlands is the same but perhaps perhaps not. If it recurs, another tip is to use a free VPN-like DNS such as Cloudflare 1.1.1.1. configured via the WAN settings in your broadband router

If Netflix blocks you because it thinks you are using a VPN when you're not the problem is a mis-filtering of IP/DNS caused by IPv6. The answer? Apparently, upgrade your account. Or you could use a VPN #netflix
