He never restarted a number of provincial programs, like MPAC, which means that ALL municipal governments are running with skewed tax and assessment numbers. He's the biggest loser to have ever been premier.

We flew to YVR in January from YYZ. The delays eventually added up to 2 hrs, so AC passed out "meal" vouchers for $10 and immediately called boarding.

My shortcut for his is SCROTUS, "So-called Ruler of the US". It has the advantage of being one letter off scrotum, which overlays the name with an allusion to the ball sac he is.
