Does anyone know why there needs to be a 2nd duplicative route? Why don’t they just build east west from Ballard to like sand point or Ravenna, and from West Seattle eastward? Surely 2 small segments that connect with the green line would be cheaper and faster, without duplicating the same route?

The point is to pretend to do something while not accomplishing much. It’s mostly performative.

To Trump this is just some game to make a deal. I’m an American and he is absolutely a disgrace to the office he holds and the country he’s in. Don’t let him into Canada and say it’s because of his felony record, we Americans could use some amusement.
