I’m going crazy, I can’t stomach that Putin has his puppets Trump/Republicans destroying America & attacking our allies. It’s stupidly obvious to any with a brain this scheme. So what do I do when I’m overwhelmed? I bake sourdough, lots of them, 24 loaves past three days, and give them all away.

32 loaves sourdough last 7 days, give em all away.
Key is distracting my mind with activity that requires an effort, not much thinking, so repetitive tasks good. Plus, the neighbors, all Trumpets, enjoy it.
The irony in that.
Last nights bake.
Soon, I’ll pull out of it.

Here’s one thing I do that helps me cope, several times a week I make 8 loaves of sourdough bread and give them all away. 16-24 loaves a week. And, I live in an extremely red area in the heart of the cult. Yet, somehow this helps.
