Like Fallows, I've been in restrooms around the world and, no kidding, never a problem.
1/2 I am of dreaded Boomer generation. Have been in countless thousands of public bathrooms over the decades. Schools, airports, offices, factories, libraries, train stations, restaurants, bars, bowling alleys, military bases, museums, etc.

Even Congressional office buildings!
