No, but they do include making the world series less special, forever. That's what happens when the game is played with no integrity and then those that acted against the interests of the sport and fair competition are honored at the highest level in their field, which you are advocating for.

I suppose so, but he didn't besmirch the integrity of the game to the extant that it reduced the commissioner to calling the world series trophy a "hunk of metal". (btw I don't think either of them should be in).

Counterpoint, why should a notorious cheater be honored? Is no act too low to exclude you from hall? I would be more upset about Beltran getting into the hall than Pete Rose, whose moral failings where off of the baseball field and didn't permanently damage the integrity of the game.
