Government to take all control out of Hamas and remove all terror governmental infrastructure. Then Israel and the reformed (no pay for slay) PA would work on a 2-state agreement that leads to Palestinian statehood, and Israel and Palestine can live side by side peacefully. Two peoples in one land

This rebuilding project would also not be anything like Trump’s idea, but would be led by Palestinian-American leaders to rebuild faithfully to the culture. Should it be nicer than it was before? Perhaps. But it should still feel Palestinian.
Then, the same Arab partners would form a TEMPORARY…

Most importantly, the US and Israel would guarantee a right of return to each and every Gazan, tied to all aid to Israel. If Israel prevents even one Gazan from returning home after or during the reconstruction, all aid contracts would be canceled between Israel and the US.
