My point is the vast majority of listed side effects aren't really side effects. They just might be side effects but they can't scientifically rule them out.
Dr's have the full study with all the statistics behind the trials. They will have a much better idea what is and is not a side effect

They are required to list all things that are reported by the people in the test groups that can't be definitely ruled out to be caused by something else. Get a cold when you're in the test group, add those symptoms. We all know it's not the test drug's fault but it can't be proven so they're added.

Free kicks should not have the "touched by a second player before you can touch it again" requirement. If you want to set it down and start dribbling, go for it. Dribble in from a corner, great. Get fouled, immediately set the ball and start dribbling to goal again, fantastic!

USISL League (original USL) tried some of these rules in the late 90s and early 2000s. There's a reason they didn't get fully adopted. EVERYTHING got played as a long set piece. It became very boring very fast. No creativity at all.
