But she does openly identify as a woman right now, using she/her pronouns and rejecting the idea she's a man. So i would say that's secretly trans. As to the pic, I'm a trans woman who grows facial hair quick and I've NEVER let it grow that far.

Why do you think she's doing this? I think she's still dysphoric and still secretly trans, but has possibly been manipulated into switching her entire personality. She took a selfie with a full beard the other day, I can't imagine it's easy to grow that.
