Quite a bit of that too 😂. But, without spoiling too much, it's as much a show about the Vulcans finding enlightenment and moving past cultural biases as it is about humans doing the same.

Adding to this, I also originally watched the show during its original airing, I was a teenager. Watching it now, I think the show does something really interesting with the Vulcans that I didn't really understand back then.

Currently on season 3, feels like a weird relic of a very specific time but ultimately pretty enjoyable. I'd definitely buy it.

Ive had great luck reverse searing where I do the bulk of the cooking in the smoker (an oven would work well too though), makes it much easier to regulate the temperature, then I just throw them on the stove top to crisp the outside but you only do that for like a minute or two per side.

Tried to make an entire meal for my partner using my smoker, smoked steaks, smoked Mac, smoked Brussels, smoked margs, smoked cinnamon buns. The steaks were perfect but she told me I'm never allowed to make sides for her again.
