Of course, I don't know exactly how they define the role for store managers. But this seems exactly the wrong thing to do... In other companies it would mean emphasizing remote bureaucracy instead of feet in the street who know what's going on. But, all depends on specifics.

Those are quite cool. Although caves and I don’t go well together due to claustrophobic feelings, I also find them incredibly fascinating.

Yes. Trump WANTS violence by people he can tell his MAGA enthusiasts are "not us" and "shouldn't be here".

Note the media also mostly doesn't see that Trump goes out of his way to incite or increase violence as that plays to his advantage and allows him to be cruel. www.npr.org/2020/07/23/8...
