Also check this PAC report from 2020 where over 50% of the stock was thought to be “unsatisfactory” and was already costing the tax-payer billions. Some of the evidence we took in terms of the competence of PFI companies was scary.

Great visit a few years ago and hearing of plans to significantly increase capacity. Good for #Scotland.
