Decent guy, husband to my husband, missing my dogs Claude and Lulu. I'm a #foodie, I'm a feeder. I'm getting older. Full on Seattle liberal! No crypto. No DM's! Please have a bio and posts💙🌊🐶🍕🍺🏈🏳️‍🌈🇺🇦

Perfectly, beautifully dreary at a Skagit Valley wildlife sanctuary.

I love beer; I'm a full on beer geek. We love going to different breweries. I gave up beer in May due to AFib. I thought I would lose a lot of weight. 8# is all I lost. I don't eat any more than I used to, I eat healthy food. The lack of weight loss is a huge disappointment for me. I exercise daily

We're heading out earlier than usual today. I'm sharing a year ago today social media memory from one year ago today because it's sloppy outside. Have a great day

I needed comfort food on a dreary wet day. Tuna noodle casserole for the win.

A sloppy wet day requires soup making. This white bean and ham soup will be tastier over the weekend. I have comfort food ready for dinner later this evening.

Seattle in November is not for for the warmth seekers, you've almost got to be a pluviophile to want this weather. November is just wet, today is no exception. Instead of my morning walk today I got to take 14 bags of raked up leaves to the local transfer station.

Classically, this Galacian soup is made with white beans and turnip greens, I used cooked dried chicken peas and some of their water, mashing them and kale. This Caldo Gallego has a ham bone broth, sausage, onion, garlic, all cooked with potatoes as well as the greens and beans. It's wet outside.

Mother nature is complementing my mood today. Gray, still, lifeless, and a touch of hopeful.

I haven't walked this particular trail in many months. It triggered fucking emotion I have. I miss Claude and Lulu. I miss their smell. I miss the dog hair all over the house. I miss holding them in my arms. I miss Lulu's bad attitude. I miss Claude's blank stare. It's going to be a long day

Good morning. It's a sloppy wet walk down here on the shores of Lake Washington today. That's all, just sloppy. Have a great day.

Do you like my groovy place mats. 🤣 My table cloth is clean. I made vegan kimchi jjigae with shitake and tofu, brown rice. The banchan was sesame, ginger bean sprouts along a pear and carrot salad with ginger honey vinegar.

The dahlia just aren't ready to give it up for winter. The white one blows me away for its size. The purple/yellow one makes me happy every year

Woohoo! Although cloudy, and damp from a morning rain, I got to mow my lawn this afternoon. For those of you not familiar with the pnw, that's a big deal. November is historically our wettest month. Now if I can just find my benefactor, one who will finance a meadow garden for me instead of a lawn.

My day just can't get any better. It's a rainy walk, but it started off with seeing the beaver paddling across the lake. And now I just saw three deer, a rarity in this Urban Park. And 11 years. I've only seen them twice before here at Magnuson.

It's always a good day when I see one of the ark beavers paddling through the lake. Good morning, from an overcast gray Lake Washington.

I was hungry! I had an accomplished day in the yard cleaning up fall...it fell. I had a large, overloaded broccoli baked potato with cheese sauce. I ate the broccoli off the top then reloaded with more broccoli and cheese sauce. Heck yeah! I earned it.

A social media memory from 5 years ago. Someday I'll clean up my photo files, I have a couple of good ones.

Thanks to those that served in the US Armed Services. A special thanks to my mom and dad who used the learned skill to raise children to be proud of the US.

Good morning, from the shores of Lake Washington. It's going to shape up to be a pretty nice day. Hopefully I can get the leaves from all of my neighbors trees raked up. Have a good day.

I guess what ticks me off the most about these billionaires is that they are so damn tone deaf. The question is simple, they made their money off of us, the people. Take away the money, they all are no more, or no less than we are. You don't need to have so much! FFS!

Got breakfast made for both of us, packed the hubs hot lunch, got my walk in.
I just finished errands.
The grocery stores are really screwing us. They can lower prices if they want to. I was food bank shopping for low sugar, low sodium minimally processed food. Corporate fucking greed everywhere.

Good morning from Magnuson Park on Lake Washington. I'm just hoping I don't get soaked on my morning walk, outside of this breek sunbreak, the skies appear threatening. Oh well. I've been wet before. Have a good day.
