It’s Burnside, that building with grey roof and white arch thing is the old cinema. Photographer was either on Peel St or nearby at the old St Mary’s Infant School area where the social work dept was.

I think the BBC version (74mins, one programme) is a cut down version of the @cnn.com version of the same name (trakt.tv/shows/twitte...) going by trailers for that.
