Strangely, I found no audio going to my FT DX-10 until I switched USB ports on my ASUS laptop. Now, it works perfectly.
(The original port would key PTT fine. Very strange.)

The formula is ...
1) Tell them what you’re going to tell them
2) Tell them
3) Tell them what you told them (the takeaways/actions)

It was a great movie … and the last one that I saw in a theater.

A big reason I haven’t gone to a theater since the movie Lincoln.

Wish we could join you. Then go next door for some pizza.
Merry Christmas to you and Suann.

So that’s where all the bits and pieces go when I can’t find them.

Sometimes eBay has some old parts for sale.
I found some MOSFETs for a 15 year-old transmitter that way.

I hope you’re able to find a replacement display chip.
Getting older parts has become a real chore (borderline impossible).

Exactly.

The same goes for Marshall Island. Find them in the right place and it’s easy.

That was a fun area … I like making waves of sandflies.
Yep. High ground is best for VHF+ unless you’re operating satellites.

Each company seemed to have a limited edition, obscure offering. Remember the Lisa?

It almost looks like Welsh.

Where on the Island are you?
I used to bicycle to the island when the road from N Layton was gravel. That was a few years ago.
Have fun out there.

Truly. Replacing a badly scratched screen isn’t for the timid, either. (Though it isn’t all that hard.)
