Depends though. Where I'm from, the picture on the left is a doughnut, the picture on the right is a doughring.

Cowboy Junkies with their album "Black Eyed Man", released in 1992. "Lay It Down" is another amazing album, released in 1996.

Stand out songs: Southern Rain, Murder Tonight In The Trailer Park, and their cover of To Live Is To Fly. But they're all great.

That's impressive! In my last house, my Maisie figured out how rounded door knobs work. She once managed to break into my sitting room and pull books out of the bookcase. I swear this is true: she picked only my Garfield books to dump on the floor.

Why have I waited until the last minute to show my blue sock? Probably because it's just the toe so far... I'm going to frog and restart though, because I'm not happy with how the increase is looking- neat on one side and gappy on the other.

A ball of Rowan sock yarn in sunset shades in the top right corner, and the toe of a sock on 3mm dpns in the bottom left corner. My colour vision is rubbish, but the sock looks like it's greenish and reddish purple so far, and the rest of the ball is a mix of oranges, dark reds, more greens and dusty purply blue.

50ish % done with knitting the baby blanket- I got lots knitted over the holiday 😊 2½ lace repeats done and I really like the wave pattern.

🧶 Progress Report!

I've finished the first lace repeat, with 4 more to go. I feel like I'm making good progress- my goal is to knit 3 rows a day, and I'm managing more while on holiday. 36% done!

#ShowMeYourKnits What's on my needles? A baby blanket in pastel pink. I've finished the seed stitch end and am halfway through the first lace pattern for the central panel.
Pastel pink knitting, about 25cm wide and 30cm long. The seed stitch border is to the left, and the start of the lace pattern is to the right. It feels quite soft and squishy.

A 100g skein of 4 ply sock yarn with a paper band around the middle. The colour is "rust" and looks like it should make stripes when I knit it into socks. The mixture of colours includes a brownish red, medium brown, pale yellow, orange, and something that's either blue or green.

🧶 I'm 10% of the way through a baby blanket (must knit faster!). My cousin asked for it to be done in pink, so I chose baby pink acrylic which should be easily washed. I'm currently on the seed stitch border but there will be a lace centre panel too.

It's FINISHED! The large, snuggly cardigan is done after a year of knitting. I even have enough yarn left to do at least one pocket 😅 🧶
Large, snuggly, burgundy, knitted cardigan, in its full glory, is hanging on a kimono hanger on a door. The body is wide for wrapping, and the sleeves are almost batwing style.

Both sleeves are finished now (have been for 3 weeks) but now it's time to join the sleeves onto the cardigan body.

(I started the baby blanket already... Oops.) 🧶
Hand knitted burgundy wool cardigan, spread on the floor, with two finished sleeves laid next to the armholes. My knitting needle pack is lying on the bottom of the cardigan, and there is extra yarn to the left of the cardigan. Various wool threads need to be woven in.
