I went again for the first time this past weekend, because I desperately need to feel like things will be "normal" again some day. Covid was just one drop in a big bucket full of trauma of the past 6 years and I'm still reeling, but the smell of forced hyacinth that greeted me helped a bit.

Beautiful, thank you. It's hard not to drown in the despair, but then, the point is to drown us, isn't it? I'm trying my best to dig deeper into my community and hope it's enough.

If my 5 year old is smart enough to say "I think I should wear a mask because I'm sick and I don't want to get people sick" I'm not sure why it's still a difficult concept for grownass adults.
