When a pre-game odds underdog leads by 20 or more points, but loses by at least 3.

Today, pre game indicators show a favoring towards the Wizards at OKC. This game currently has one of the best combinations making it the 3rd highest scoring game in our system this season.
Barring any large odds movements, this game warrants double upset observation.

Last night we saw 3 out of the 10 games feature an underdog lead of 20 or more points. Unfortunately, the pre game favorite couldn't make the comebacks.
This aligned with our pre game model that the Lakers game scored the highest but not well enough to consider observations.

Of today's games we will be keeping a close eye on the Trailblazers at the LA Clippers.
This game is giving the best matches for pre game Double Upset indicators so far this season.
Since it's a later game we may see some odds movements effect the indicator scoring, but it shouldn't be much.

Pretty crazy second night in the NBA with 5 of the 12 games having the pre game underdogs take aead of 20 or more.
One of those ended up being a double upset, but not the highest flagged game from yesterday. Great data for moving forward this season.

Quite an unusual Double Upset last night as the Warriors and Trailblazers emptied their benches in the 4th quarter and Golden State out scored Portland 51-26 to secure the comeback from 21 down.

Maybe the most crushing Double Upset last season was Phila. and Boston on 02/02/2025. The 76ers had a 26 point lead with 15 minutes left in the game and Boston came back to win by 8.
