Duo waves to Howard as he leaves the Hangar. "Kaaay! Byeeee!" Howard chimes in as he leaves, "You guys go to bed too!" before the door clangs shut. Alone, Duo turns towards Wing Zero with a conspiratorial smile. His moment has arrived. Duo peeks into the open cockpit where Heero is making adjustments. "Y'know, hard work and no play makes Heero a dull boy." Heero has no response to this, so Duo continues; "I think you're good, man! You checked the system like five zillion times! Zero aint gonna kill ya. Not tonight, anyway." Heero pauses from his button pushing. "Is that what you think?" Duo is, as usual, slightly affronted by Heero's behavior. However he has a plan this time; jump into the cockpit with him. Duo: "Aaaaand HUP!" Heero: "Wait- I didn't say you could come in here!" Duo: "Don't be such a baby." Duo lands in his lap, pushing a knee to his chest. He smirks knowingly. "Relax! Only for a little while!" Heero is unenthusiastic. "I can't. The Ludometer and thermal camera are lagging by four seconds." Duo grinds down on his lap, then sucks on Heero's ear, not interested in Heero's various equipment modifications for the moment. Duo: "Is that life or death right now?" Heero: "Yes."

I was always somewhat aghast Duo decided he liked Heero so much in the show. Girl, why? doesn't he like steal from you a lot? Shipper logic says Duo must have a negging kink or something, If he ever had the time and space for it. Duo's attitude clocks fun and horny even without shipper goggles. Lucky Hilde! ok thanks for reading" Scene: Howard's barge, out on the ocean somewhere in the middle of the night. Howard's calculator watch goes off. "EEH?? Is it already past midnight?" He turns to wave up at Duo, higher than him in the hangar. "I'm hitting the sack, kid. Don't forget to lock up the office when you're finished!"
