Cloth from Hollowsong Knightsilk (I have yet to play these games so dunno which one they're from!)

Did you know that in Metal Slug Attack, the Ptolemaic was on the verge of a civil war? A breakway faction led by a woman named Dragunov disliked that the Ptolemaic cult was stealing dead bodies for nefarious purposes.

Took the Rebel Soldier minigun & put it on a Ptolemaic masked cultist.
It's a masked and robed cultist with a minigun, and a container filled with ammo is strapped to their back. Pixel art, two different enemies from different Metal Slug games mashed together. A sprite edit.

It's Walter White from the show Breaking Bad screaming "HANK! DON'T-" I don't remember what he was screaming about because I didn't watch the show. The joke is the national guard troops in Washington DC are armed with a kind of weapon (An M17 pistol) that is produced by Sig Sauer and known to go off by itself or when dropped or bumped due to being a faulty weapon.
