Honestly, this is the best possible way to lose a pet. I lost my cat Bubbles in a similar fashion, and I'm just so glad she went peacefully unlike our previous cat.
It sucks to lose them, but at least it's a natural passing rather than having to resort to vet treatment. ❤️
