Yes beaten egg with grated cheese & I still have some of the mixture left over - too much to go back in the potato skins! 😂

It looks great. I had a baked potato then mixed the potato with egg & grated cheese & popped back in the skin. Cooked in the air fryer to brown off. Very tasty especially for someone who didn’t eat cheese at all until a few short years ago. 🤦♀️ 😂
