Agree social is not the best place for nuance and I'd love to chat offline! And while I agree we are in an emergency, with an administration in its 8th month, it feels like a lot of people are telling the most vulnerable they'll have to sit back for "the greater good" already.

But how is a democratic administration that spells death for my family harm reduction?

I have seen too many people saying Trans rights "aren't a winning issue" and therefore not worth supporting. (I know you're not one of them.) We cannot sell fellow humans out for perceived safety. There has to be a floor to get on board.
