This is simply opening salvo in their plot to eradicate voting. Playbook blame the Democrats, use Electoral College as a prop ( you still get to vote!), gerrymander to make a Democratic win impossible. To disregard and dismiss the imbedded truth in what he says/signals is a dire mistake.
