🌸 Daily Japanese Mindfulness

Let us live each day with an open heart, not judging it as good or bad, but cherishing every single day as precious and irreplaceable.(日日是好日)

This reminds us to embrace each moment as it comes, free from judgment, and to find beauty in simplicity.

In Japanese, we have a saying ‘足るを知る’ (Taru wo Shiru), which means ‘knowing sufficiency.’
It reminds me to find happiness by being grateful for what we already have, instead of endlessly striving for more. I also think sometimes less is enough.

I love houji-cha latte(roasted matcha)🍵. It’s mild and delightfully nutty with a toasted aroma. It’s less caffeine so good for relaxing at night!!
