In North Carolina, we have a Republican legislative majority, bordering on a supermajority. They have striped powers from the governor, including State and County Elections board appointments. Have given themselves a majority on all the boards. They have convinced a handful of Democratic members

Also curious if these contractors are less than confident in their subs. Several folks I know have replaced soaked subfloors due to shoddy shower installs.
