It can't be UTF-8 because continuation bytes (0x80..0xBF) always come after start bytes (0xC0..0xF7), so even for a substring at least the ASCII space is out of place, and it can't be UTF-16 (apart from the first WinTouhous still running on Windows 98) because it's an odd number of bytes.

Games are underway and it's effectively a Switch Pro for the back catalog of Switch games, but the biggest turnoff for me are all the new anti-consumer practices implemented in respect to games and accessories.
Right now the Switch OLED or Switch refresh are a better option.

Also in compatibility mode after NVMe drives stopped having option ROMs to facilitate INT 13h support, so somewhere around a decade later when the Samsung 950 Pro stopped being a choice for that.
I’m not sure current GPUs have fully featured VGA BIOSes, either.
