I’m just an old 🤬 trying to get a bit fitter 😂. When I started on exercise bike last year I was doing 5 miles in 23mins. Now got personal best of 10 miles in 26.40. Am chuffed with that, esp’ as have bradycardia so it’s hard to get HR up! Doing 20-30m a day whilst watching #fpl videos lol

A good #FPL game week and #ChelseaFC got 3 points and there were some great goals (horrid drive up, but worth it).
