I’ve roasted mine with cider vinegar, thyme, mustard, and pecans, and those were great.

My dad’s life changing recipe has you cook them foreeeeever in a skillet with big chunks of garlic and Ms Dash (because of course), and finishes with anchovy paste and parm folded in.
