Only for an England flag to be unfolded, raised and attached half way up it (I think, unsurprisingly, they bottled it from going all the way). So perhaps we'll have to extend this to cranes too..

I watched, excitedly, someone climb the crane in Brewery Square, Dorchester one evening last week wondering their intention, I was thinking urbex? Palestine protest? General drunkenness? ..

The only one I remember is Einstürzende Neubauten and I only remember them as chainsaw punk metal band from the eighties. But thanks for the list, something to discover.
