I had hoped that more people would attend. It looks like it was mostly locals.

I finally found a book that attempts to look at both sides of this topic. “Electoral College Reform: Challenges and Possibilities” edited by Gary Bugh. A collection of essays about the Electoral College and potential reforms. Almost half way through and it has been reasonably balanced.

But the data rates are limited as I feared. USB 2.0.

Not sure about it, but we got some today. 😉

I know that I am mostly talking to myself, but hope that this becomes a good review of the pros and cons of the electoral college. It is unfortunate that the southern states twisted the electoral college with the 3/5s rule. It contaminates the other reasons for the electoral college.
